Sueland Furniture Assembly, an expanding branch of Sueland Moving & Storage Inc., holds high standards for excellence in furniture assembly and installations. The process of moving can be a stressful endeavour for anyone. A new home left with furniture to assemble and projects to install, can be unbearable while maintaining a regular daily routine.Recognizing a growing need, Sueland Moving & Storage Inc. expanded to include furniture assembly and installation. In 2019, Sueland Furniture Assembly was established to provide residential and commercial furniture assembly, TV mounting, wall and lighting installations, and outdoor equipment assembly. Over the course of a few years, Sueland Inc. has meticulously trained a team of skilled professionals who provide these services to customers throughout the GTA. Their mission is to create a completely stress-free moving experience from moving the first piece of furniture to hanging the last piece of art.

I have worked my way through the moving business for many years and upon hearing horror stories from customers of unscrupulous movers who changed the price at the new address, to having a mover break one of your valuables, I knew I could improve the moving industry by being a pioneer in offering guaranteed, all-inclusive pricing with honest movers, who will not hold your furniture ransom. And so my journey began..

I met my wife Suzana while we were both in High School and after graduating, we were married and started a family. While I had ambitions to one day open-up my own company, I knew I had to learn everything about the business from the bottom up and spent the next 20 years doing just that. I have always envisioned creating a company that eliminates the stress and inconvenience a move can create by providing top notch services for a more hassle-free experience. We wanted to choose a name that was meaningful to my wife and I, and so Sueland was created, being derived from both Suzana’s name and my own. I personally oversee the training of all my staff so they understand my vision and go that extra mile screening our movers carefully to ensure that they are reliable, dependable and honest. My vision is not complete, I hope to open locations throughout the GTA that are guided by my principals and continue to explore innovative ways to make my business a one-stop shop for our customers that encompasses all facets of a move.

I have spent many years partnering with my husband Ley and our sons, to create a business that will live on through our children. I met Leyland in High School and we had a dream. I knew that Ley had the skills to make it happen and I would be right there beside him cheering him on, and doing all I could do to make this dream come true. From answering phones, doing the books, paying the bills. We are happy and proud of what we have achieved through hard work, imagination and a positive attitude.

DWAYNE PERMAUL

As the eldest son of Suzana & Leyland Permaul, Dwayne started working for the company in his early teens. While delivering exceptional customer service, he ensures the crew members are motivated and committed to delivering the best experience. His infectious attitude and natural leadership is a great asset for the future of the company.

LUKAS PERMAUL

SUPERVISOR

As the youngest son of the Permaul’s, Lukas started working part-time for the company in his early teens. He embodies the culture of Sueland by delivering high standards and ensuring projects are completed in a timely manner. With the colgate smile he calms and balances any unforeseen circumstances.

Shubreet Khatra

SUPERVISOR

Shubreet has recently joined the team and has become an integral part of the administration. She brings with her a wealth of IT expertise, and office organization. Her main focus is administering the warehouse, storage and flatpack customers inventory, while jumping in where needed. Her calm, cool and collective attitude sets the mood for any situation.

Jessie Gill

SUPERVISOR

Jessie is one of the pioneer supervisors of the team. He is an all-arounder with expertise in assembly. There is no item that is too complicated for him to figure out and he has a “get it done” mentality. His personal charm oozes on the customers and his sense of humor lightens the atmosphere. He is known as the happy emoji of Sueland.

Because of my poor experiences in the past, I wasn't confident I was trusting a moving company but this company changed the old idea that I had of moving. My advisor has done an excellent job describing the entire procedure and the deal to me. He has also given me a very strong statement. So, I wanted to go with them and I'm sure that I made the right choice. The team were xcellent in every possible way. From being prompt, effective, friendly, competent, qualified and just wonderfully helpful in all ways to relieve anxiety and stress. The movers turned up for pickup and delivery on time.

I've used SueLand Moving 3 times to relocate. Every time I have been extremely happy with the service and moving crew. In my experience, the quote provided is the amount paid at the end of the job and I've never had anything damaged. During my last move, the crew carefully wrapped all of my furniture, mirrors and glass table top with bubble and shrink wrap in addition to moving blankets. Leyland and Shonagh are great -- very personable, organized and responsive. My moves using SueLand Moving have been stress free - definitely A+.

SueLand movers were by far the best moving company that I have ever worked with! Their team was professional, efficient and respectful throughout every step of the move. They took the time to carefully wrap and secure all breakable belongings and were very patient and understanding with my elderly mother who was moving into a new home. I met with Lee the owner at my home. He did a walk threw of the house and gave me a ball park figure for the move from Toronto to Huntsville ( Muskoka ). We sealed the deal with a hand shake no money down. Lee is a man of his word .His crew showed up on time and went over and above to help us. We were still not ready with the final packing. They helped us finish packing and still get out in reasonable time. The move went flawless. 5 star service all the way. Thanks Sueland Moving you're the Best.

We needed to move heavy furniture from our 2nd floor bedroom to the garage for donation. The staircase is segmented and challenging to navigate. The 3 gentleman from Sueland moving were very careful to protect all surfaces to avoid damage, and all was done in a professional and efficient manner. We're glad we hired Sueland Moving and certainly use them again for future moves. Also, Ragina in the office is fantastic to work with. Very helpful and professional. Thanks again to all for your help.

Excellent Service and reasonably priced. Very profession from the initial walk thru for the estimate a month before the move to the last item that was moved on moving day. All three gentlemen were polite, worked hard and knew what was needed to be done. I also would like to mention that the office staff were professional and quick to respond to emails.
